Data handling on this website, in plain terms.
Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. We build no profile from them, and we sell no personal information.
We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
These pages are written for a Canada audience. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.
Click through to Wheelz Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.
Operator links here can carry a referral marker — that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.
